Course objectives
At the end of this course, students will be able to independently perform and apply reflexive massage techniques. Students should be able to know the indications and contraindications of massages, to be able to use reflexology massage procedures for individual diseases.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is able to:
- independently perform reflexology massage
- search for reflex manifestations
- Reflexology massage procedure: massage touches, massage sets
- Reflexology massage for diseases of the circulatory system, respiratory system, and excretion, diseases of the spine
Syllabus
  • Theoretical background of reflex mechanism.
  • Examination of reflex changes, the effect of reflex massage.
  • Viscerovertebral relationships.
  • Reflex changes and reflex massage by vertebrogenic disease.
  • Reflex changes and reflex massage by chest organ disease.
  • Reflex changes and reflex massage by abdominal organ disease.
  • Reflex changes and reflex massage by pelvic organ disease.
  • Reflex massage in internal diseases, neurological diseases, surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, and gynecology.
