Course objectives
It is a practical profiling subject. Its aim is to prepare students practically for the job of a medical rescuer, a member of the emergency rescue service team or the team of emergency hospital admissions in activities closely related to the lectures.
Learning outcomes
The student will have the necessary skills to practice all the theoretically examined exercises.
Syllabus
  • Improving CPR skills for adults and children.
  • Personnel distribution / occupation training at CPR.
  • Perform defibrillation, including AED.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of bleeding wounds and internal bleeding, procedures for hemorrhagic-hypovolemic shock.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of unconscious, traumatic and non-traumatic etiology (hypoglycemia, epilepsy, hypeglycemia, head trauma), differential diagnosis of unconsciousness.
  • Treatment of collapse, confusion.
  • Treatment of anxiety disorders in children, convulsions (status epilepticus, febrile convulsions).
  • Treatment of injuries caused by external forces (burns and burns, overheating / fatigue, frostbite / cold, electric shock, diving accidents, etc.)
