Completion of 1st study year. Completion of examination of Anatomy and histology, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathological physiology.

Course objectives
Introduction to clinical practical training, medical documentation. Demos of case reports of different organ systemss illnesses. Demos of medical equipments and devices in clinical practise.
Syllabus
  • Working at the sickbed, the medical documentation
  • Interview with the patient, medical history
  • Basic symptomatology and history of selected diseases
  • General physical examination
  • Laboratory tests and complementary methods
  • Demonstration of cardiovascular systems illnesses
  • Demonstration of pulmonary systems illnesses
  • Demonstration of gastroinestinal systems illnesses
  • Demonstration of diseases of liver, biliary system and pancreas
  • Demonstration of uropoetic systems illnesses
  • Demonstration of endocrine systems illnesses and diabetes mellitus
  • Demonstration of hematopoetic systems and rheumatological illnesses
  • Demonstration of cases with metabolic syndrom and acute states
