Course objectives
Adult Education is an important phenomenon of the present time, includes the area of lifelong learning, didactic teaching theories, principles, methods and forms of adult education, adult education as a process of communication, self-education, self-education, leisure adult, adult leisure, non-traditional educational systems, re-training, motivational factors k ~ learning, distance learning, education functions in   advanced age, the phenomenon of the age, social situation of the elderly.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be able to lead less experienced workers and participants in the field of specialization education as a supervisor, observe the principles in adult education, respect the importance, peculiarities, goals and roles of the supervisor, further create a distance text for retraining course, activity for a specific age group, proposal for a program of lifelong learning, education in companies and organizations, education of seniors (universities of the third age), awareness training, correspondence course, addressing local, regional issues.

Teaching methods
Study of literature - introduction to the issues through literature. Write up selected publications in the field of adult education, article, script focusing on adult education, etc. Creating a distance of text, range five or more pages, the theme of the field of adult education (but also from other disciplines). Proposal topics appropriate for distance text: retraining program, educational program, leisure activities for a specific age group, the draft program of lifelong learning, training in enterprises and organizations, Senior Education (University of the Third Age), educational training, correspondence courses, addressing local, regional issues.
