Course objectives
The aim of this subject is to introduce emotions from the point of evolutionary biology and to teach students basic techniques of how to deal with emotions in themselfs and children.
Learning outcomes
Student will improve her/his ability to reflect, analyze, regulate, and use emotional processes. Students will learn basic techniques of how to deal with emotions.
Syllabus
  • The course consists of several parts: Working with emotions - basics. Working with fear. Working with grief. working with anger. Working with joy.
Teaching methods
The course is taught in the form of short lectures, discussions and experiential and group activities.
Assessment methods
The credit will be given for active class-participation.
