Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: - Define the basic components of nutrition and their effect on the health - Apply the nutrition information in their own lifestyle - Discuss about the factors affecting the nutrition of different population groups
Syllabus
  • The following contents will be presented: - Basic nutrition knowledge connected with health and health problems;
  • - Personal and group nutrition planning and nutrition analysing;
  • - Nutrition habits of different groups of people;
  • - Nutritional habits of the Slovenian people compare with other countries;
