Course objectives
After passing the course, students will be able to recall basic facts in the field of kinantropology. It is a theoretical basis for the follow-up course Theory and didactics of physical education.
Syllabus
  • The most known systems of physical education in the world history. Sketch of physical education evolution in Czech region, sketch of school physical education. Basic physical education concepts and motoric skills. Concept of school physical education, aims of physical education and their forming. Coordindation role of the teacher in physical education, didactic styles, efficient teaching. Diagnostic function of the teacher. Safety of the educational environment, communication in physical education. Motoric learning, influential factors in this context. Intentional social education in physical education. Tasks and composition of a physical education lesson. Methabolism of motoric activity. The concept of sturdiness, aerobic sturdiness, muscular sturdiness, anatomy of the body. Didactic methods and forms in physical education, physical education moments. Non-traditional motoric programmes. Physical education of disabled pupils. Prevention and compensation of motoric system dysfunctions. Educational programmes, syllabus and methodics materials in physical education.
