Prerequisites
It is necessary to get half of class in parallel with the subject Teaching Practice 1 also enrolled in Teacher Practice 1- seminar. The second half of the students will enroll this subject concurrently with the subject Teaching Practice 2.

Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
· develop their professional skills
· strive to achieve recognition in the role of assistant teachers and teachers
· Link the theoretical knowledge acquired in the courses of pedagogy, psychology and the field of study with practical experience
· Reflect pupils' skills
· Reflect their own skills
· Plan and implement teaching natural history
· Participate in creating a positive working atmosphere in the classroom
Syllabus
  • · activities performed in the position of teacher assistant assigned by the headteacher (e.g. help with correcting essays and pupil´s notebooks, preparing teaching aids, individual work with pupils with special needs, accompaniment (with the teacher) of pupils on school trips, preparing school projects and activities, supervision, participation in class meetings, helping with school / class documentation preparation class meetings, substituting teachers, etc.);
  • · writing educational journal - see Student Manual for Teacher Training Practice 1;
  • · fulfilling long-term comprehensive portfolio tasks - see Student Manual for Teacher Training Practice 1;
  • · observation (10 lessons), teaching (3 lessons);

Assessment methods
Assessment methods: classroom observation, written elaboration of portfolio tasks, processing records of observations and preparing lessons.
Fulfilling requirements:
- regular attendance at school where the student performs teaching practice,
- submission of educational portfolio (records from observations, preparing lessons, portfolio assignments and evaluation and teacher trainer)
- supervision of guarantor practice in lesson teached by student and her analysis
