Course objectives
SOMATOLOGY is a science concerned with macroscopic and microscopic structure and functions of multicellular organism. In natural science, chapters dedicated to structure and functions of human body fill in the self-contained system of knowledge about structure of living systems. The subject of study is a complicated, hierarchically arranged and regulated human organism that is an inseparable part of biosphere. Consequently, human organism is subordinated to biosphere relations that are asserted in it. The curriculum included in this lecture forms a basic knowledge that is essential for further continuation in the Family Educaion and Health Education field of study.
