Course objectives
The course will outline the basic principles and approaches in examining the productive skills at the new maturita exam (ME). The students will be familiarised with the B1 and B2 descriptors in CEFR and they will look at the format of the two exams. They will use the criteria of assessment to assess written and oral perfomance of the learners and they will design activities for successful preparation of the learners.
Aims of the course:
to consolidate the basic facts about written and oral parts of ME
to look at what is required at B1 and B2 levels (CEFR)
to investigate what causes problems to learners
to try out/ model/analyse activities that contribute to the development of problematic areas

Assessment methods
Face-to-face workshops, e-learning support, project work

to standardize their assessment
