Course objectives
After passing the course, students are able to apply basics of crosscountry skiing and acquire skills needed for the practical application of the basics at winter school camps and motoric activities in winter time within the physical education lessons.
Syllabus
  • 1. Methodics of basic crosscountry skiing styles training aimed at classics and its application to skiing tourism. 2. Games on the snow.
