Course objectives
Business law is a course which provides students with knowledge of the fundamental theory of business law and its peculiarities. At the same time the course concentrates on introducing the legal regulations governing entrepreneurs, their legal acts, and relationships arising among them
Learning outcomes
- Students will learn the basic principles of the rule of law
- The student will be acquainted with the legal system in the Czech Republic
- Students will learn the basics of law in relation to school practice
- The student will be introduced to the system of public law in the Czech Republic
- The student will know the selected parts of private law in relation to school practice
- The student will be able to interpret legislation related to school practice
- Student will be able to solve simple legal problems in school practice
- The student will have a positive attitude to law as a science discipline in school practice
Syllabus
