Course objectives

The student will learn about some types of tasks that appear in various mathematical competitions. Student will be familiar with the our mathematical competitions and will be able to recommend some of them to his pupils.

• Pythagoriáda
• Matematický klokan
• Logical Olympiad
• Another mathematical competitions

Teaching methods

Seminars, solving problems and presentation of their solution.

Assessment methods

Colloquium - group discussion about assigned problems.
