- Course objectives
- At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand and be able to give insight intu the following concepts and problems: Properties of parallel and central projections. Affine mapping. Affine mapping of a circle on an ellipse. Orthogonal projection on two orthogonal planes; image of linear elements, position and metric problems. Image of circles and solid bodies. Intersections of solid bodies a planes. Skew projection: image of points, lines and planes, incidence problems, solid and their cuts by planes. Students should be able to solve problems and exercises of those areas and transform problem solutions in the appropriate projection.
