Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain pathic communication leading to interpersonal conflicts; work with information on its own conflicts;
uderstand and explain problems in intepresonal communication, conflict phases, manipulative tactics, communication tricks and communication in stress situation.

  • Effective commnication, communication tricks, manipulation, communication in a stress situation
  • Conflict theory, types, cycles, strategies
  • Conflict solving, conflict prevention.
