- Course objectives
- At the and of the course students can understand basic function of the Quality management system. They can use it in the companyś management and in the education, too. Graduates of the course can acquint in literature. They will have the basic information about national and europian quality management. They can explain types of certificate. They can create and apply basic principles of Quality management system in your job.

- Quality Management Introduction to Quality - History of quality - The concept of quality - The quality of the company - Selected concepts related to quality - The reasons for the interest of quality standard ISO 9000 - TQM approaches to quality assurance in terms of ISO 9000 quality assurance within the meaning of TQM -Tools and methods of quality control -Tools and methods for universal use -Methods used in the planning of quality -Methods for monitoring and improving processes -Methods for assessing the quality -Prospects in the development of quality management -Integration of quality management systems, environment and safety -Improving the quality system within the meaning of TQM efforts to increase productivity
