Course objectives
The aim of this course is to acquaint future teachers of English with some aspects of using technology in ELT. This includes learning how to use mobile devices to create learning activities, how to make them available to students, to use and assess some of the very wide range of applications and resources already in existence for language teaching, and also to work with some web-based linguistic tools that serve us in lesson preparation, in the classroom and in correcting student work. As quite a few skills are taught during the semester, students will be expected to practise between lessons and produce real language learning resources.
