Course objectives
The aim of the course is to create students an overview of the top Czech artists of the past and the present in the field of piano. The seminar will focus in particular on the interpretation of the world of piano making by Czech artists. In addition to the usual repertory of numbers the emphasis will be on less well-known compositions not only european, but also world piano production of the field of historical and contemporary music.

Czech artists top virtuoso works from the romantic period 6. – 7. Top Czech artists and the classics 20th century 8. The teaching activity of the top Czech piano performers 9. – 10. Non-european piano works and Czech artists 11. – 12. Czech pianists and contemporary the Czech and world works
