- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the student will know the conditions of proper development of speech and will be orientated in the problematics. The student will also focus on problems of selection and classification of preparatory exercises, which are necessary for proper pronunciation. Will be familiar with techniques of breathing and phonatory exercises, exercises to develop motor skills, exercises to stimulate orofacial motricity and correct pronunctioation, phonematic hearing, visual perception. The student will provide an overview of the prevention of voice disorders.
- Learning outcomes
- - orientation in pre-school age areas; - the ability to design a tool to develop a preschool child.
- Syllabus
- Conditions of proper development of speech, prevention of impaired communication skills. Screening - basic examination. Exercises - stimulation of the orofacial motricity, breathing and phonatory system, phonematic hearing, visual perception. Teaching of proper pronunciation, setting-up articulation exercises, extrapolation and rehearsing of individual sounds. Prevention of voice disorders.
