Course objectives
The main output of the course is a general orientation in film music with an emphasis on the diversity of aspects of its creation and reception in order to understand its principles and to form analytical skills.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students can understand the history of film music, its musical characteristics, and functions within an audiovisual work as well as psychological, aesthetic, semantic, and educational aspects.
