Course objectives
The aim is to develop language skills and communicative abilities of the student, vocabulary, practicing skills of reading and listening and ability to create dialogues on a given topic.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able:
- understand the texts and recordings in the Russian language;
- to express themselves on a given topic;
- use the necessary vocabulary in oral and written form.

Teaching methods
Exercises in conversation. Homework, reading and listening texts in Russian language.
Assessment methods
Oral credit - conversation with the teacher on the chosen topic. Compulsory attendance at seminars. Attendance is recorded. Absence must be substantiated by proper excuse.

The course is taught annually.
Information on the extent and intensity of the course: v kombinovaném studiu 12 hodin.
Teacher's information
The course focuses primarily on developing students' speaking skills and acquired language skills. In the seminar, students continue to consolidate phonetics, spelling, grammar, develop reading comprehension skills, listen to original Russian texts, and practice oral and written expression.
