Course objectives
The aim of the course is to become familiar with the issue of neurodevelopmental disorders and to learn strategies for supporting children/pupils/students with these disorders during education.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will gain:
Knowledge of ICD-11
Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders
Characteristics of ASD
Characteristics of disorders of intellectual development
Strategies for supporting children/pupils/students in education
Differences in inclusive and special education
Acquaintance with approaches in other countries

Written test at the end of the course (75 % pass mark), active work during the semester - the tasks given in the Interactive Syllabus, preparation of a seminar paper.
