Course objectives
The aim is to extend the competences of students for informed approaches to the education of children and pupils at risk/behavour difficulties/disorders at the school environment.
Learning outcomes
After the successful passing of the course the student will have the knowledge how to apply educational assessment of the specific educational needs of the target groups of pupils, lead counseling interview, conclude an agreement, set the objectives of the intervention, and start the intervention.
Syllabus
  • Specific educational needs of children with PECh;
  • Diagnostics of a special pedagogue with a focus on behavioral disorders, identification of intervention goals, long-term intervention goals, scaling;
  • Developmental specificity as a basis for diagnosis;
  • Behavioral Diagnostic Tools - Standardized/Specific;
  • Pedagogical counseling and intervention in the educational process of etopedics;
  • Definition of spec. before counseling/intervention in relation to psychological counseling/social work;
  • Model of informed intervention – support, strengthening, implementation of 3P intervention;
  • Communication as a specific counseling tool, interdisciplinary communication;
  • Counseling interview, recording of counseling interview, counseling topics;
  • Case management, Holistic approach to case work;
  • Case conference;
