Course objectives
Student will be able to use basic element of drama theory in analysis. They should be able tu distinguish particular communication situations in theatre process, describe text-performance relation, analyse internaral and external structures of dramatic text.

  • Theatre as system of communication
  • Theatre from semiotic point of view.
  • Ostension.
  • Dramatic text in performance.
  • Basic elemements of drama (time, space, character).
  • Dramatic genres
  • Poetics of drama.
