Course objectives
Study of Serbian language, new lexical items, basic grammar rules, extending already gained knowledge. At the end of the course students should be able to communicate in Serbian language in standard language situations.
Learning outcomes
Absolvent will be able to communicate in Serbian at a level correspondent to 72 hours of language course.
Syllabus
  • Syllabus corresponds to the structure of the textbook Srpski jezik za strance. Repetition of declination types, practicing present, future and past tense, practicing imperative, conditional and passive sentences, present participle, specific declination types and exceptions. Texts: At the doctor's. Belgrade's neighborhood. Trip to Fruška Gora. At the concert. Presents. At the post office.

Serbian: Seminars, 1½ hours per week, plus half an hour tutorials to be arranged individually with students.
Assessment methods
Conditions for granting the credit:
active participation in the lessons (which is allowed a maximum of 3 absences) 15%,
all homework 25%,
successfully written test 60%.
