Course objectives
Acquiring some psycho-dynamic massage techniques; realizing one's own body; promoting mental hygiene and the art of relaxation
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be able to: - apply some massage techniques and skills leading to deep inner relaxation; - think about the importance of targeted relaxation, energization and body work - realize his own body, his needs and experiences
Syllabus
  • Theoretical introduction to biodynamics / energetics and body-therapeutic directions.
  • Examples of individual massages and their importance.
  • Training of individual massages - own experience.
  • Giving and receving feedback process.
