Course objectives: The course will focus on sci-fi of the 1950s in USA. Assessment: a written test. Literature: Loska, Krzysztof (ed.): Kino gatunków wczoraj i dziś (Kraków: Rabid 1998); Loska, Krzysztof (ed.): Wokół kina gatunków (Kraków: Rabid 2001).
Assessment methods (in Czech): Zkouška/kolokvium: písemný test.
