Course objectives: The seminar is a continuation of the last years course Contemporary cinema, organized as a cycle of lectures given by students. Instead of descriptive portraits of selected film authors this years course will be concerned with the discussion and analysis of aesthetic and social questions raised by contemporary audiovisual production.
