Course objectives
Lecture course which looks at the questions which in a fundamental manner make note of the development of medieval Western civilisation. The main focus is on the state of research, the means of dealing with the questions raised and the possibilities which are offered by sources and modern medievalist methods of interpretation.
The lecture course offers a general guide to terminology in the system of sources and chosen problems for the modern medievalist.
