Course objectives
Creative writing in art history - thesis. Individual consultations with the tutor of the thesis.
Syllabus
  • Stages of the art historian research;
  • Style and structure of the art historical text (monograph, paper in the art magazine, panel presentation, lecture, popularization, etc.)
  • Editing of the text and notes.
  • Oeuvre catalogue.
  • Bibliography (sources and literature)
  • Edition of sources.
  • Individual consulations.

Class and seminar 1.5 hour class per week, plus homework - part of the part of the prepared thesis.

Colloqium. Paper – part of the prepared thesis (e.g. critical evaluation of the sources and literature, one chapter).
