Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand main principles and techniques of assertiveness;
differentiate between assertiveness and manipulation;
identify types of social behavior and to respond to their manifestations properly.

Specially scheduled course: three days of intensive work and training. Teaching methods: lectures, group work, group discussions, role play, videofeedback.
