- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to show how to use SQL language for solving practical tasks of getting information from existing databases or your own data. Besides SQL language, we are going to give you a short introduction to databases and how you can think about relationships between entities in normal life.

- An introduction or why it makes sense to teach SQL even at Humanities
- SQL: Basic queries
- How to set up your own database and fill it with data
- SQL: Using more tables
- SQL: Complex queries
- Teaching methods
- The course is available for distance students as well. The student will discuss assessment methods and criteria with course teachers.
