Course objectives
Narration presents communicative process, where the auteur passes the narrative to the recipient. Purpose of this lecture is in a revealing of different ways of narration. We will focus on the production of generationally related creators - Jan Němec, Jan Svankmajer, Karel Vachek, Věra Chytilová - and we will take the production of younger filmmakers also into account. We will pay attention to the auteur film / in the sense of a self-revelation, a self/reflexion. The chapter about enters of auteur to the performance we will examine in film, literature, painting and photography. Assessment: essay.
