- Course objectives
- Latin literature of the Czech Middle Ages from its beginnings (10th century) to the end of the Middle Ages, which means to the times of John Huss. The course is divided into 2 parts: 1) the period to the end of the 13th century; 2) the following period. Further division according to the literary genres. Attention is paid to the development of the medieval Latin in Europe, the development of contemporary Old Czech literature and to the classical tradition in medieval literature.
