Course objectives
Teaching Croatian / Serbian, continued to improve vocabulary, grammar and conversation in one of those languages, inc. translation exercises.
Syllabus
  • passive, writing punctuation, writing names, noun-verb, creations, nouns females in the consonant, writing č, ć, ž, š, diminutive, augmentatives, collective nouna, the use of conditional in telling past events, aorist, imperfect, comparative and superlative

Teaching methods
Serbian: Seminars, 1½ hours per week, plus half an hour tutorials to be arranged individually with students.
Assessment methods
For Serbian language: active participation in the seminar (which is allowed a maximum of 3 absence)10%, homeworks 10%, written test 50% and oral exam 30%.
