- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide a survey of the contemporary Bulgarian and Macedonian literature. The emphasis is paid to the works published since 1990 to the present day. The characteristics of the dominant tendencies and creative methods is based on the contextual analysis of the most significant works of the period. The seminar is based on the intensive home reading and the individual as well as collective analysis of the relevant texts. On successful completion of the course student will acquire knowledge of the contemporary Bulgarian and Macedonian literature and he will deepen his skill to analyse and interpret a literary text.
