Course objectives
The main objective of the course will intoduce students to formal system of the first-order logic, including classical aproaches to logic analysis, predicate logic etc.
Syllabus
  • 1) Cultural conditioning of rationality. 2) Logic as rational thinking in words. 3) Classic syllogism. 4) General form of formal system. 5) Formalization of logic. 6) Complexity of logic. Tautology. 7) "Syntax" and "samantics" of predicate logic. 8) Complexity of predicate logic. 9) Other uses of predicate logic.
