Course objectives
The aim of this course is to present development of Aegean Bronze Age architecture (with an overlap to earlier and later periods) in individual cultural areas - Cycladic Islands, Crete and Mainland Greece. At the end of this course students will know applied construction materials, development of Minoan and Mycenaean palaces, architecture of settlements and their division, tomb architecture and other aspects of Aegean Bronze Age architecture.
