Course objectives
Course of practical French language.
Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
Development of language skills : listening, reading, speaking and writing, of vocabulary and grammar
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, a student will be able to:
- understand the full content of non-trivial texts
- have a non-trivial conversation

  • Vocabulary development; development of language skills (themes : media, art, technologies, economy), verb construction

Teaching methods
Reading texts, listening, discussion on topic, class discussion, writing, homework
Assessment methods
Active participation in the course (only 2 missings are accepted). Participation on class discussions and all written homeworks are requested.

Continuous assessment (50%) : tests (vocabulary, listening, gramamr, writing) + homework/assignments by the due date (writing, speaking, verb construction)

Exam (50%): a) written test, b) oral exam
