Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět je zaměřen na na rozšíření znalostí a prohloubení chápání podstaty inferenční statistiky, vč. jejího praktického využití při testování hypotéz.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Na konci kurzu bude student chápat podstatu inferenční statistiky, bude znát statistické miskoncepce a chyby, kterým se bude umět v rámci svého výzkumu vyhnout, a které bude umět využít při kritickém hodnocení jiných výzkumů. Bude umět adekvátně a korektně stanovovat hypotézy a testovat je a bude chápat nejdůležitější statistické pojmy.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Úvod do inferenční statistiky, statistické softwary, problémy dnešní psychologie (replikační krize, manipulace s daty, p-hacking, …)

  • Logika testování hypotéz, vědecké a metodologické myšlení, přístupy k testování hypotéz

  • Vysvětlení základních pojmů frekvencionistické a bayesovské statistiky (p-hodnota, intervaly spolehlivosti, velikosti účinku, chyba 1. a 2. typu, bayesovy faktory, …)

  • Podpora nulové hypotézy, testování ekvivalence

  • Transformace dat, analýza outlierů, práce s chybějícími hodnotami

  • Statistika interkulturního výzkumu (konfirmační faktorová analýza, multi-group konfirmační faktorová analýza, invariance měření, response bias)
