Course objectives
Students will achieve knowledge on concepts, systems and ways of support of professional learning on individual level, level of professional communities and organizations. Students will understand models of professional learning and will be able to apply them into organizational practices.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able
- to discuss various concepts of professional learning;
- to discuss various concepts of organizational learning;
- to apply reflective practice in their own development.
