Workshop poskytne účastníkům přímou zkušenost s rozšiřujícími metodami analýzy kosterního materiálu a aDNA prostřednictvím praktického nácviku.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Antropologické analýzy a paleopatologie; Izolace DNA z recentních bukálních stěrů (za účelem získání pozitivních kontrol); Kvantifikace DNA – porovnání metod fluorometrického měření (Qubit) a spektrofotometrického měření (Nanodrop); Postup a metodika navrhování primerů; Hodnocení dat Sangerova sekvenování s důrazem na nestandartní kvalitu vzorků; Kvantitativní rtPCR pro stanovení pohlaví a fenotypových znaků
