Course objectives (in Czech)
This course has a goal of introducing the biophysical laws and principles of molecular structure and biological and chemical processes and methods related to both therapeutics and organic biological substrates and metabolites. These includes molecular action and chemical discovery, including pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenomics and structural medicinal chemistry.
