- Course objectives
- Sudent will obtain basic information, which is necessary for orientation in the geographical education as well as in study of geography as a science. The greatest part is then devoted to presentation of selected astronomical, geodetical and geophysical knowledge which influence directly many geographical processes and phenomena in the Earth lanscape.

- The course consists of lectures with the possibility of practicing theoretical knowledge using the e-learning tools and documents.

- Teaching takes the form of lectures and oral presentations. Ongoing and final examinations will be in the written form.
