  • (1)photochemical processes of photosynthesis, capacity of electron transport through PS II, redox state of plastoquinone pool (2)biochemical processes of photosynthesis, paralel gazometric, fluorometric measurements (3)heterogeneity of photosynthesis within a plant organ (4)Effects of physico-chemical environmental paramentrs on photosynthesis (5)Photosynthesis under extreme and stress conditions (6)Integration of photosynthesis in time and space of a stand (7)Upscaling photosynthetic data to a higher organizational level (8)Exploiting databases for photosynthetic estimates and calculations
