Course objectives

There are two main targets of the eight days of excursions to the Brno surroundings: to lead the students to the important localities of this region and to give them a knowledge of either common or rare species of the South Moravian flora.

• 1. day: Brno-Obrany (-Bílovice); 2. day: Ceská - Ponávka valley 3. day: Moravian Karst 4. day: Pouzdrany steppe 5. day: Moravský Krumlov; 6. day: Brno, Hády; 7. day: Brno, Kamenný vrch 8. day: Brno, Rícka valley (examination)
