Course objectives
Absolving the course a student obtains following abilities and skills: Basic electronics laboratory skills. Ability to investigate and measure properties of basic elements (transistor, diode, thyristor, operational amplifier, logic gate) and circuits as amplifier, oscillator, combinational and sequential circuits. Students prove validity of the theoretical knowledge obtained in lecture F 5120 (Electronic) in this practical work.

  • 1.Diodes in rectifiers of AC current.
  • .2. 4-pole parameters of transistor.
  • .3. Zener diode and current stabilisation.
  • .4. Transistor amplifier and his transmission properties.
  • .5. RC generators with transistors, element with shifted phase.
  • .6. Filters.
  • .7. Thyristor and his properties, power control.
  • . 8. Operational amplifiers, basic connections.
  • .9.Pasive LC filters.
  • .10. Basic logical functions and their realisation using gates.
  • 11. Clean room technologies, microelectronics and principles of photolithography
