Course objectives
The primary aim of this subject is to learn the students to the creation of the thematical maps while using mobile devices.
Learning outcomes
Outputs from the learning process comprise competences of critical evaluation of field mapping including preparation of (cartographical) inputs, efficient processing of measurements as well as geodata presentation.

  • 1. Principles of the mobile (ubiquitous) mapping 2. Usage of mobile technologies (tablets, cell-phones, PDAs) 3. Udage of the GPS 4. Aggregation of the data from mobile (ubiquitous) devices and GIS data
