Having endorsed the 40 principles of the Charter and Code, we would like to notify you of our commitment to implement these principles in our institution via the Human Resources Strategy (HRS4R). For us, the principles and recommendations of the Charter end Code are the basic rules for supporting the work of researchers and maintaining the high quality of research. The continuous improvement of working conditions and the development of career opportunities are some of the top priorities at our faculty. We, therefore, welcome the opportunity for an internal analysis within the framework of the HRS4R and we aim to implement this process within a wide array of our institution's current activities in human resources policy. By adopting the Charter and Code, we also hope to attract the most outstanding researchers within the European Research Area and beyond.
