1/1 Instruction of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University (MU), No. 10/2020 On the organization of studies at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, MU, further to the Dean's Directive No. 5/2020 Pursuant to section 28 (1) of the Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to some other acts (The Higher Education Act), as amended by subsequent regulations (hereinafter “the Higher Education Act”), I am issuing the following instruction: Article 1 Introductory Provisions 1. The Dean's Instruction stipulates the procedure with respect to the organization of studies further to the Dean's Directive No. 5/2020 and the Rector's Decree No. 8/2020. 2. All study-related matters that are not regulated by this Instruction are governed by the valid internal regulations of Masaryk University and the Faculty of Economics and Administration, MU. Article 2 Organization of teaching 1. Contact teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, MU, (hereinafter referred to as the “Faculty”) is canceled until further notice regardless of the size of the study groups. 2. Teachers and students shall follow Articles 2 and 4 of the Dean's Directive No. 5/2020. 3. Until further notice, the Faculty allows individual face-to-face student-teacher consultations and individual visits to the library. Article 3 Final provisions 1. This Instruction cancels and replaces the Dean's Instructions No. 1/2020, 4/2020 and 6/2020 in their entirety. 2. The Vice-Dean for Full-time Study and Vice-Dean for Part-time Study and Lifelong Learning are in charge of interpreting the Instruction. 3. The Heads of Departments are entrusted to check the compliance with the Instruction. 4. Should the above-stated measures endanger the study or its extension, the faculty shall proceed individually and make decisions in favour of students. 5.
